Although the emphasis is on the former, with articles about presidential performance, elections, foreign affairs and the like, you will also find in-depth coverage of national disasters and scandals, major health and wellness trends, and a wealth of information on technological advances. Time's milestones and entertainment pages will help you keep track of who is doing what, from dying to litigating. Add to this thought-provoking editorials by major columnists and hilarious takes on just about everything from Joel Stein (who wrote the article on meditation which appeared in the issue featured on this page), and you have an intelligent, enjoyable political news magazine with mass appeal.”

“More liberal than Newsweek but tends to appear fair and balanced. I am getting tired of each issue covering some aspect of the Iraqi war. Although it is important, they cover miniscule things like they have to fill some Iraqi quota. Otherwise I am usually happy when I receive an issue. They cover the arts, electronics, and other things in the News you wouldn't hear on Fox News or CNN. I recommend this as well as Newsweek (it's not repetitive) and The Week.”

“Time magazine is one of my favourites for current events, I read it to stay up to date on everything. It even has some sections on entertainment and pop culture. Its not for everyone but I like it and its great for anyone that wants to keep up on what's going in the world. I also recommend Newsweek magazine.”
